The Shotley wall light pairs a flared clear glass cone with a knurled lamp holder, in the spirit of old workshop and schoolroom lights. The plain glass shows off the bulb inside, so a filament bulb makes it glow like a lantern, and it is made to sit alongside the Shotley ceiling light.
The cone is 18 cm across and hangs from a short straight arm on a round 12 cm wall plate, with a swivel joint that tilts the shade through 180 degrees, towards a bed, a chair or a doorway. Choose antique brass for warmth in a cottage or Victorian home, or black for a crisper look against white or painted walls. Hang one beside a reading chair, or a pair either side of a bed.
The light is about 23 cm tall and reaches about 21 cm from the wall. It takes one E27 bulb, not included; a warm white LED filament bulb of around 2700K suits the clear glass. It is a hardwired fitting for standard UK mains and dry indoor rooms, to be installed by a qualified electrician.

Does it match the Shotley ceiling light?
Yes. It has the same style of flared clear glass cone and knurled holder, in the same antique brass and black finishes, so the two can be used together in one room or along a hallway.
Can I angle the shade?
Yes. A swivel joint where the arm meets the holder lets you tilt the shade through 180 degrees, so it can point down for reading or out across the wall.
Can it go in a bathroom?
It has no IP rating, so keep it to dry rooms such as bedrooms, living rooms, hallways and landings. For a bathroom, choose a light rated IP44 or higher.
