Eldrins offers a range of secure ways to pay so checkout stays quick and simple. We accept:

The payment icons shown on our product pages and in the footer are generated directly from our live payment configuration, so they match this list. The payment methods shown on the checkout page are the definitive list for your order. All payments are processed in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
2. Payment Processing
- Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order.
- Orders are not processed or dispatched until payment has cleared.
- If a payment is declined or fails, the order is not confirmed.
3. Pricing and Currency
- Every price shown on eldrins.com is in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and includes UK VAT where applicable.
- The price you see is the price you pay. There is no tax added at checkout.
- Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
- Delivery is free on every UK order, so no delivery charge is added at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
4. Secure Payment Processing
- Eldrins uses SSL encryption and established payment gateways to protect your personal and payment information.
- Card details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored by Eldrins.
5. Refunds and Chargebacks
- Refunds are issued in line with our Refund Policy.
- Unauthorised or fraudulent chargebacks will be investigated and disputed.
- If something looks wrong on your bill, email info@eldrins.com first and we will look into it.
6. Fraud Prevention
- Eldrins reserves the right to cancel, refuse or hold any order suspected of fraud or unauthorised activity.
- Additional identity verification may be requested on high value or flagged transactions.
