Eldrins ships free on every order within the United Kingdom. This policy sets out how and when your order reaches you.

Shipping Locations
We ship within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery Times
- Order cutoff time: 16:00 GMT. Orders placed after this are processed the next business day, which can add a day to the estimate.
- Handling time: 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once your order is processed it is handed to one of our carriers.
- Transit time: 5–7 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Estimated delivery: 6–9 business days in total.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary for reasons outside our control.
Carrier Services
We work with established carriers to deliver within the United Kingdom, including Royal Mail, DPD and Evri.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping: every order within the United Kingdom ships free, with no minimum spend.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, damaged or lost, email us straight away at info@eldrins.com. We will chase it with the carrier and put it right.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can follow it any time on our Order Tracking Page.
