The Westleton wall light has a drum shaped shade of clear glass with a rippled, wavy texture running down its sides and a gently flared rim. It hangs from a brass finish lamp holder at the end of a curved swan neck arm, on a round brass wall plate, and a small turn knob on the holder switches it on and off. When it is lit the ripples in the glass shimmer and throw soft, wavering light across the wall.
The drum is 16 cm across, the light stands 23 cm tall and it reaches 26.5 cm out from the wall, which suits a pair either side of a bed, a single light on a landing or a run along a hallway. Its clear glass works with any colour scheme and pairs well with the other clear glass pieces in the range.
It takes one E27 bulb, which is not included, and it is a hardwired fitting for standard UK mains.

Does it need a wall light point?
Yes. It is hardwired, so it connects to a wall light point and should be fitted by a qualified electrician. There is no plug. Once fitted, it can be switched at the wall or at the turn knob on the lamp holder.
Is a bulb included?
No, plan on one E27 bulb. The bulb shows softly through the rippled glass, so a warm white LED of around 2700K suits it, and a filament bulb looks lovely through the texture.
How big is it?
