The Amberley pairs a textured amber glass shade with a solid looking brass finish arm and round wall plate. The glass is rippled and uneven like hand blown glass, so the light comes through warm and dappled, and the shade glows honey gold even in daylight.
The lamp holder swivels, so you can angle the shade down onto a book or turn it out into the room. A knob switch on the holder means you can turn it on and off at the light itself.
It takes one E27 bulb and is a hardwired wall fitting for standard UK mains.

Really lovely pieces! Bigger than expected, but that's because I didn't read the measurements. Packaged very well, arrived sooner than expected and good quality. Real solid and thick glass, sturdy metal fixings and wires all there. I could not be happier. Not wired up yet, but I tested the connection and it works just fine.
