The Shottisham is a stained glass table lamp in the plainer Arts and Crafts manner: a cone of cream white glass panels, leaded in straight lines, with a border of sky blue and deep blue pieces round the lower edge and a row of small round blue glass jewels set into it. It sits on a slender cast column and round base in a dark bronze finish, 36.5 cm tall with a 20 cm shade and an 11.5 cm base.
Lit, the cream panels glow warm and the blue border and jewels shine like water, a calmer look than the flowered lamps that suits a bedroom, a bathroom shelf or a seaside house. It goes with the Cavendish and Marlesford stained glass lamps and with the blue and white ceramic pendants in the shop.
It plugs in with a 155 cm cable, an inline switch and a UK three pin plug, and takes one E27 screw fit bulb, not included; a small warm white LED globe suits the coloured glass best.
