The Chelsworth is a small stained glass table lamp in the Tiffany style, with a 20 cm dome made of round glass jewels in red, orange, yellow, blue, green and white, set in dark leading. It stands on an ornate cast column and a round base with a dark bronze finish.
When it is lit, every jewel glows like a sweet in a jar and the shade scatters spots of colour around it; in daylight the glass still reads as a bright mosaic. At 36 cm tall on a 10.5 cm base it suits a bedside table, a side table by an armchair, a hall table or a windowsill, and a push button switch turns it on and off.
It comes with a UK plug fitted, so it plugs straight into a standard socket with no wiring and no electrician. It takes one screw fit bulb, which is not included; a small warm white LED bulb of around 2700K suits the glass best.

Chosen for the finish
We choose each design for how its surface handles light: natural travertine, brushed brass, aged bronze or ribbed glass. The finish is part of the design, not an afterthought.
Built for real rooms
We design for homes that get lived in, not showrooms that get photographed. Warm, unobtrusive light. A scale that suits an ordinary ceiling. Finishes that age rather than wear out.
