The Capel is a playful swing arm wall light: a rounded mushroom shade in a glossy colour on a polished chrome folding arm and a round chrome wall plate. The arm folds in two sections of 20 cm and 14 cm, so the shade can sit close to the wall or swing out over a pillow, a chair or a desk, and the shade turns to point the light where you want it.
A pull cord hangs from the shade, so you can switch it on and off from the bed, and it also works from your wall switch. The shade is 20 cm across and the wall plate 12 cm. Choose green, cherry red or blush pink; a pair either side of a bed looks especially good.
An E27 warm white LED bulb is included. It is a hardwired wall fitting for standard UK mains and dry indoor rooms, to be installed by a qualified electrician.

Chosen for the finish
We choose each design for how its surface handles light: natural travertine, brushed brass, aged bronze or ribbed glass. The finish is part of the design, not an afterthought.
Built for real rooms
We design for homes that get lived in, not showrooms that get photographed. Warm, unobtrusive light. A scale that suits an ordinary ceiling. Finishes that age rather than wear out.
